A BEO is produced by the venue's catering team and signed by both the venue and the client. It is the binding reference document for everything food and beverage related: the menu, quantities, service style, beverage packages, staffing ratios, setup times, and pricing. Any change to food, beverage, or service arrangements must be reflected in an updated BEO. The BEO is distributed to all catering staff on the event day.
