A standing reception layout with high poseur tables and no assigned seating — maximises networking and movement.
Cocktail-style events encourage guests to circulate, network, and engage with multiple people throughout the event. High tables (poseurs) provide surfaces for drinks and plates but no seating. Venues can accommodate significantly more people in cocktail style than in any seated configuration. Cocktail events are often used for product launches, networking functions, opening receptions, and end-of-conference parties.
