    Escort Card

A card given at the event entrance directing each guest to their assigned table number.

Unlike place cards (which go on the table), escort cards are collected by guests on arrival and used to find their table. They are alphabetically organised, pre-prepared, and handed out or displayed at the event entrance. Escort cards are common at weddings and galas where managing the flow of guests to tables quickly is important. Each card typically shows the guest's name and table number.
