    Event Manager

    A professional who oversees the full lifecycle of an event — from concept and brief through delivery and post-event debrief.


    The event manager is accountable for the overall success of an event. They lead the client relationship, set the creative direction, build and manage the budget, oversee vendor contracts, and take ultimate responsibility for delivery on the day. On larger events, they lead a team including event coordinators, a production manager, and specialist vendors. The event manager's success is measured against the client brief and event objectives.
