    Open Bar

A bar where all drinks are included at no additional charge to guests, with the cost covered by the host.

An open bar is a hosted bar — the event organiser pays for all beverages consumed by guests, either as a flat package rate or on consumption. Open bars encourage guests to drink and socialise freely, which is appropriate for many corporate and social events. Duration, beverage selection, and service hours must be agreed in the BEO. Responsible service of alcohol (RSA) obligations apply to all open bar events.
