Guests & Registration

    Place Card

A small card placed at each seat bearing the guest's name to indicate exactly where they should sit.

Place cards take the table plan one step further by assigning guests to specific chairs, not just tables. They are used at formal dinners, weddings, and events where the precise positioning of guests matters — for example, keeping certain people away from each other or ensuring VIPs are in the best sightlines. Place cards must be printed and laid before the event opens and must be updated to reflect any late changes to the seating plan.
