    Financial or in-kind support from a company in exchange for brand exposure and association with an event.


    Sponsors fund events in exchange for naming rights, branding on collateral, speaking opportunities, exhibition space, or guest tickets. Sponsorship packages are tiered (e.g. platinum, gold, silver) with different entitlements at each level. A compelling sponsorship prospectus quantifies the audience reach and demographic data that makes the event attractive to sponsors. Post-event reports should demonstrate the value delivered against each sponsor's package.
